Congo (Democratic Republic), 1995

Very little is known about the cards that were used in this country when it was still called Zaire. They were issued by the Telecel company and they were thin magnetic cards, a little thicker than the Japanese ones, and with a silver-colored back. On the basic card, of a single type, the face values are overprinted and therefore there are numerous variations due not only to the value but also to the type of overprinting.
