Hi,My personal opinion, you can send a message to the related section of the Forum to contact the person who does not reply your email  . If it is still the same, you can leave negative feedback for this user  . Additionally, you can ban this user for your auctions to prevent him/her to put bids for your auctions  . Best regards, Izzet

I've noticed people are really very patient here, compared to eBay, if on eBay one is not responding within a week it will be 99% sure negative feedback on him.What is really annoing is to send constant reminders, please will you pay now... And with some people it just is so, sorry to say, the same Afaydin from Istanbul, auction ended more than a mont ago but no reply whatsoever, it was a $2 card, well I know he is not 'dishonest', at the end he will pay, but such things are annoying. There is of course a listing fee on eBay so people will not tolerate nonpayers, here a bit softer approach I see. Just my thougths. Märt

Hello everybody.I also had problems with buyers about this matter of non replying to e-mails & not paying. I had this problem, but after 2/3 months, I just try to sell the phonecards again without sending any more e-mails to the previous buyer. There are also problems with sellers, as they don't send you the phonecards after recieving your money. I am having this problem at the moment, but if i'll leave a negative feedback for this seller, be sure that i'll recieve one in return. That's why nearly nobody leave negative feedback. Hi,I am agree with Märt, people on this site are very patient. Sometimes I have to send 3 or 4 e-mails before having a reply, not normal!!

This is a very annoying problem. Usually I send about 2 reminders and then I relist the item. But this could give a nasty situation if the first buyer sends his payment after some time and the item has actually be sold twice. How long should you reserve the cards for a buyer?
The second statement from Jason is very important. Negative feedback is hardly given because it will be answered with negative feedback (just like Aiden did to me). I think this is a big weakness in the feedback system. Those revenge feedbacks should be banned somehow to keep the feedback system pure and useful!!

I REALLY CAN NOT SEE ANY SOLID SOLUTION TO THE PROBLEM OF NOT REPLYING TO E-MAILS,I SENT MONEY FOR AUCTION WON,THE SELLER SAID HE DID NOT RECEIVE IT,SO I RESENT IT REGISTERED,HE SAID HE RECEIVED IT,AND HE WOULD SEND THE CARD,SO FAR NOTHING/THE 2 PEOPLE I ONLY HAVE PROBLEMS ARE FROM THE SAME COUNTRY,BUT I AM SURE IT IS NOT THE SAME OF THE REST OF THE PEOPLE,WHO ARE HONEST AND RELIABLE BUYERS AND SELLERS,(TRIXIET)

Dear Trixiet,
if you mean Estonia,I got the same problems 2 times and 2 times in Poland,this is why we send in this Country only money by Western Union or bank (EXPANSIVE!!)

Daniele, maybe just a bad luck, I am from Estonia too as you know, and in my opinion postal system is quite safe here, in any case safer as in some other countries, but of course bad luck is always possible.I am active swapper since 1991, and I tell you two letters I know for certain with money inside have been lost during this time (11 years), only two, but received thousands of letters during this time, and I even am not sure if these two were lost in Estonia or in transit somewhere else. I am haveing trouble with a member of this auction also since 4 September. He doesn't seem interested in the auction items but only in obtaining other cards for his "retail business". I intend to put negative feedback for him . IF HE RETALITATES WITH NEGATIVE FEEDBACK SO BE IT. At least I know that the members that matter - the honest ones and the ones that I have had dealings with will know that I honour my bids.

Ofcourse every PostOffice have Bad worker - in all world. I think that your opinion here is very ridiculous ! Because you win my auction in March and you didnt send me paymnet, never ask me about Bank Account and Western Union payment ! Sorry but you are not a child- if you have bad expiriences with Estonia or Poland PostOffice - dont bid auction from this country ! Every sellers write about Payment Methods - read and thinking !

as you know very well,in your city is a dealer that got a big debit with us.You accepted to keep the money from this person,and I called,as you know in poland and I gave the authorisation for can give this money to you,you was agree,I don't know why you don't keeped this money,but you can tell to Mr. Robert(a your good friend as you wrote me.......)to write me if you have any problems.

Mr Robert didnt give me payment, I wait, and wait, and wait. Mr Robert met me everyday on Poland ICQ. He dont want to give me money because - he told this- he didnt finish trade with you. Mr Robet is not my good friend! I didnt ask him what he do with you, I dont want to know that!
Sorry - I wait to long. It will be ease for both of us to FORGET ABOUT THIS FOREVER!

I don't know what to do with a buyer! 
He have bought 6 cards from Africa & Oceania and after 50 days I've not yet recived any reply!!! 
I've tried to contact him about 4-5 times by email and I've never received a reply! 
I've seen that He have more than 660 positive feedbacks and no negative one...
But I've also seen (from that date on the feedbacks) that in this period he have also payed the other seller! 
Now what I have to do? 
If I'll leave 6 negative feedback of course He will do the same with me! 
Please ... HELP ME!!!!!

Hello Andrea.Sorry to hear that you are having problems with buyers. I am having the same problem with another collector. In my opinion, it's better to wait a bit more (even if 50 days already passed without a reply). Be sure that if you'll leave NEGATIVE feedback, you will recieve them back. That's what most "collectors" do. He have 660 POSITIVE feedback & I don't think that he turned bad in a few days. Maybe he will read this FORUM & contact you. Hope that in the next few days you'll recieve your money & the deal will come to an end with a POSITIVE outcome.  Thanks alot from sunny Malta. jason
